ACCE Foundation: Founded in 1971, the ACCE Foundation provides chamber executives with tools, research, leadership development, and knowledge to be players in shaping the futures of their communities. The Foundation focuses on key areas where business involvement is well-positioned to create lasting impact, including education and talent development, economic and community development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
American Association of Community Colleges (AACC): The American Association of Community Colleges (AACC) is the primary advocacy organization for the nation’s community colleges. The association represents more than 1,000 2-year, associate degree-granting institutions and nearly 12 million students. AACC strives to provide a national voice and advocacy for the community college mission, serve as a national information resource, create opportunities for peer networking and interaction at levels, facilitate collaboration among AACC staff and stakeholders, encourage a shared commitment to the community college movement, and offer leadership and career development opportunities.
UNITE-LA: For over a decade, the ACCE Foundation and UNITE-LA have partnered to support business organizations across the country in realizing the immense impact they can have in advancing key civic and economic issues. This partnership leverages ACCE’s powerful network of business organizations across the U.S. with UNITE-LA’s capacity and subject matter expertise including 35 full-time employees solely dedicated to strengthening cradle-to-career education and talent development through systems change, policies and programs.
